Vendor information: WE ARE SUPER EXCITED ABOUT 2025 and are looking for artists, craft aficionados , t-shirt designers, and more! If you are interested in being a vendor for 2025 we ask that you email 3-5 images of your work + a brief bio + an answer to the question of "what makes pride important for you". We will let all vendors know by April 1st! *A $50 donation to the event will be requested upon acceptance into the event - this helps us offset the costs of the event.

Non-profits: We will allow nonprofits on a first come, first serve basis - depending on space.

​

Food Trucks: YES! We love food trucks and would love you to attend! Just reach out and let us what you need and we will do the best we can to accommodate.

​

Volunteers: YES!!! We need you now more than ever! Volunteers will help us keep the vent going year after year - we need the most help with running errands before the vent, set up, and volunteering the day of.
